Jatia Amour of “Looks by Lady Amour ” is a highly skilled, creative and versatile Make-Up Artist.She specializes in beauty makeup, excelling at both airbrish and traditional makeup application. She provides tattoo coverup as well as offering a myriad of other services to fulfill her clients needs.
Growing up in New York fueled her passion for the Makeup, Beauty and Fashion Industries. She began her career as a freelance Makeup Artist in 2010 while living overseas. Being exposed to a new environment inspired her to develop her skills and pursue her true talents.
In 2013, while working as a Makeup Artist and Product Consultant at Sephora, her passion for skin care also developed. Most importantly, the ability to assess her clients' individual needs based on their lifestyle. She also became a Sephora Certified Makeup Artist solidifying that she has the artistic skills, knowledge and expertise needed to be successful in the beauty industry. Jatia continues to pursue excellence in her artistry by regularly attending conferences and educational workshops taught by the top makeup artist in the industry. Thus keeping her in tune with the latest techniques and ahead of the trends. Jatia is committed to learning the best, so she can offer her clients the best.
In 2014, Jatia Amour decided to focus solely on her business and building the brand of Looks by Lady Amour. She relocated to Georgia last year and is a Professional Makeup Artist in Augusta Georgia. She is based at DyeVerCity Salon in Martinez,GA. In addition to working in the Salon, Jatia gives her clients the luxury option of of “On Location Services” where she travels to them whether they are located the CSRA or anywhere in the country.
Jatia continues to grow in her artistry. Her clients will always tell you about the great customer service they receive, how passionate she is about her career and that you always leave her chair more relaxed then when you sat down. Her goal is to help people discover the best version of themselves. Jatia uses makeup as the medium but knows that uplifting people is her truly her ministry.
